AUSTRALIA

Domestic orders that are placed Monday through Friday will be shipped within 1-2 business days. For example, all orders placed Saturday through Sunday will ship out the following Monday (excluding public holidays). Most customers typically receive their order within 2-3 business days after it has been shipped. You will be notified via email once your order has been shipped. We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances.

Domestic orders are shipped using Australia Post, Express Post, and do not require a signature on delivery. Shipping Rate:

  • Standard Shipping (2-3 business days) – Free
  • Express Shipping (1-2 business days) – $10.00
  • Free Express Shipping applies to orders over $200.

 

INTERNATIONAL

International orders that are placed Monday through Friday will be shipped within 1-2 business days. For example, all orders placed Saturday through Sunday will ship out the following Monday (excluding public holidays).

Please note that international delivery times may also vary due to customs delays and you may be responsible for import taxes and other custom fees for your package. Please contact your local customs office for additional information.

International orders sent using Australia Post and offer full tracking however do not require a signature on delivery. Shipping Rate:

  • Standard Shipping (7-14 business days) – $25.00
  • Express Shipping (5-7 business days) – $50.00
  • Free Standard Shipping applies to orders over $250.

Any parcels returned to sender will be re-shipped at the cost of the customer, and we will not be held responsible for parcels that are redirected to a local post office for collection. Please ensure your delivery address is accurate, as we cannot be held responsible for a delayed parcel due to incorrect entry of details.
