Book of Deer
Book of Deer’s designer Eilidh Ho was born in Edinburgh to a Scottish mother and Chinese father, Eilidh was raised in Hong Kong before moving to London to study at Central Saint Martins.
After several years working in the industry for designers in London and New York, she returned to Hong Kong to pursue her dream. In 2012, Book of Deer (named after the oldest manuscript written in Scotland) was launched.
Eilidh takes away from sharp edges and trends to create fun, feminine pieces with a distinctive element of cute. The detailed prints are the brand’s signature; hand drawn, digitally printed and exclusive to the brand. Book of Deer designs for the quietly iconoclassic girl with an active imagination, spinning a tale into every garment and encouraging the wearer to keep her head in the clouds.
